This one was inspired by Lars' White Queen custom.  The base is a WCW Miss Elizabeth figure which is basically the Snowbird figure retooled to represent Miss Elizabeth's fake breasts.    I added the costume details with epoxy putty. 

The head is made from super sculpey pegged into place.
